I am a Technical Support Specialist and my main responsibilities include taking phone calls from customers and making tickets for repair parts/service, preparing replacement parts for shipment, and arranging service calls with sign companies.
Fun fact/hobby(ies):
I grew up playing baseball and I’m really into cars.
