Application Engineer positions open
Application Engineer I: Position will involve working with high tech industrial automation products from Siemens such as programmable logic controllers/PLCs, operator interface/HMIs, fieldbus and Ethernet based communication data networks, distributed I/O, variable frequency drives/VFDs, SCADA/ HMI programming software, PLC programming software.
Application Engineer responsibilities:
- Pre. / Post. Sales Technical Support.
- Phone support for MI territory.
- Developing BOM’s for customer projects.
- Customer presentations.
- Onsite troubleshooting.
- Proof of concept projects.
- Occasional day trips through-out West and Southeast Michigan.
This position is based at the Farmington Hills, MI. office.
The focus of this position will be to provide technical support and application assistance for Siemens Automation products to both internal and external customers.
We are searching for a strong technical person who likes customer interaction.

Desired Skills & Experience
- Bachelor degree, Electrical Engineering or other related degree
