Role at Electro-Matic

Sean is currently holding a position as a Sales Coordinator for Electro-Matic Visual in Farmington Hills acting as the central hub for our Visual Products team. He bridges the gap between our sales team, production, and customers to ensure seamless order fulfillment and high-level client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Facilitate inside/outside sales by scheduling calls, researching prospects, and preparing presentations.
• Order Management: Process quotes and orders, manage back-orders, and update customer databases.
• Inventory & Logistics: Monitor safety stock/lead times, manage consigned inventory, and coordinate with third-party contractors for repairs.
• Financial Admin: Assist with special pricing, rebates, commission calculations, and SUS vendor programs.
• Account Management: Sustain long-term relationships with key accounts and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
